Namaste my dearest Light Tribe!
Just when I had totally let go of what I was supposed to be doing in Ibiza or where I was going to live after my winter finca ... BOOM, the perfect house for a Community/Retreat Centre landed right in my lap! And so here it is, birthed out of the void, the new Casa Solara ~ a Community Centre with space for others to do workshops and share their gifts, where we come together to cook and eat together, meditate, sing, dance and celebrate the awakening of our tribal/community consciousness.
As a Retreat Centre Casa Solara is now my base for all workshops and retreats ~ also available in the summer for other teachers to hire (see here). I'm kicking off 2014 with 3 'Right Here, Right Now, Reconnect' Retreats in May, July & September (see below). So looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones on this stunning island!

Retreats/Workshops @ Casa Solara Ibiza
£785 pp including all brunches, 5 dinners, accomodation & classes. An amazing retreat with morning classes of Jo Youle's unique JoGa Beats ~ connecting the breath to funky beats in rhythmic yoga Vinyasa Flow movements. The evenings will have a more restorative sunset flow from Ayda Ellis to wind you down for bedtime, as well as a variety of sound workshops, dance and meditation. Included in the week is the Healing Ibiza festival on the 11th and the Medieval Festival in Ibiza town on the 12th.

Join Solara An-Ra in her beautiful light-filled home in the unspoilt north of the island ~ to rejuvenate your soul in the energies of the White Island of the Goddess Tannit. Come on your own or with a friend or partner to get away from it all, make like-hearted friends, recharge your spiritual batteries and move forward on your path!
The retreat package includes 7 nights accommodation in a shared room, 2 super-charged, delicious vegetarian meals per day (excluding dinner on night 4), morning meditation /pranayama classes, and sunset sessions where the Star Councils will teach/heal/illuminate the group through Solara. The middle of the day is totally free for you to explore the island, go hiking/cycling, visit beaches, suntan ... or lie in a hammock in the orchard reading a book.
There is a chill-out in the middle of the week, with no sessions on the 4th evening/5th morning - you can go out for dinner or have a sunset picnic on the beach ... & a lie-in the next day! Massages/healing treatments & spa days are available during your stay for extra pampering (see below).
Schedule: Each retreat starts with dinner on the first day and ends with brunch on the leaving day (depending on flight times - don't worry if you miss a meal at the start or end of the week :))
8.30 - 10am: Meditation/pranayama class
10am: Brunch
6pm: Dinner
7.30 - 9pm: Guidance/healing from the Star Councils
LOCATION/TRANSPORT: Casa Solara is in the stunning Can Guasch-Atzaro valley, between the San Juan Road and the town of Santa Eularia (which is a 5 minute drive/ 10 minute cycle).

There are beautiful beaches in all directions - Cala Nova pictured left is 12 minutes drive from the centre, while the famous Benniras Beach is a 15 minute drive. If you want to explore the island you might want to hire a car - I can provide details of hire companies and 2 or 3 people can share the cost of a car. There are a wealth of things to see on the island like Ibiza city's old walled town, the hippy markets, Es Vedra ... and of course, the amazing beaches. However, if you simply want to chill out and rejuvenate in the countryside, there are 4 bicycles at the centre which you are welcome to borrow. There is a bus service between some towns - and if you're adventurous, hitch-hiking is totally acceptable on the island. You WILL be able to get to the beach! (You can also swim at Atzaro Spa Hotel, a 10 minute cycle away, if you go for a spa day or treatment.)

The dining area backs straight onto our very own cherry & orange grove ~ by spring of 2014 it will be covered by a beautiful flower pergola and the surrounding gardens will be planted
Meditation/chillout room ... in Summer there will be a covered outdoor meditation/yoga platform in the field behind the orange orchard. We may also use the roof terrace for some sunrise/sunset sessions.

There is no single room option in Casa Solara unless the retreat is not fully booked. You can be accommodated in a B&B nearby if you need a room on your own, and still join in all activities at the centre. You may be able to stay in a single room if you book extra nights before or after the retreat dates - cost for extra nights: 60 euros pp (single) 45 pp (2 sharing).
