Namaste my dearest Light Tribe!
The recent influx of energies have been AMAZING ... and also quite daunting at times! The guidance I have received for both myself and others lately has been to ground, ground ground ~ sometimes by lying on the Earth belly-down, sometimes by sending a cord of light down into the core crystal from our belly chakras, and above all to keep our hearts open to Gaia and walk every step with awareness of Her below our feet.
We are all in the process of activation of both our Light codes and our 12-13 chakra systems ~ the aspects of our greater Light bodies that are higher dimensional. We came to seed these frequencies on Earth at this very time in order to re-birth our planet & human tribe into an enlightened civilisation once again. We are the ones we have been waiting for ~ we are the Light tribe of Gaia!
On a personal level my guides advised me 3 weeks ago to give up caffeine & sugar for 3 months in order to handle the energy upgrade we can potentially receive until the June solstice. The Star Councils of Light say that this applies to at least one third of the population, especially those whose blood sugar fluctuates in an uncomfortable way as they move through the day. If your metabolism is sluggish right now and you are tired a lot of the time, beware not to reach for sugary foods or caffeine as a quick-fix, it does not serve you ~ for the artificial rise and fall of your energy levels impedes the activation & integration of your Light codes. Spend more time in nature, eat healthily and ground ground ground yourself into Gaia with love. Star doctors orders!
The last 2 months have been a whirlwind of activity at my new home ... I seem to have manifested a full-time job! There I was thinking I might retire, when the universe (conspiring with my Higher Self of course) handed me the perfect place start a retreat centre! I have felt for a long time that I would live in & work from a spiritual centre, but I've been so up and down emotionally & physically in recent years that it didn't always feel like a viable option. Call it ascension symptoms, a nervous breakdown, menopause or spiritual evolution ~ many of us have experienced big, uncomfortable STUFF over the pre- and post-2012 era. I've emerged out the end of that difficult period now, having shed more tears than I thought was physically possible, and in perfect timing the Casa Solara Ibiza project has manifested to evaporate my retirement musings. The Time Is Now!
If any of you are able to pay in advance for a retreat/workshop/B&B stay at Casa Solara for any time in the future, I would so much appreciate that! I am spending a fortune setting up the centre ~ this first year is of course the 'investment' year, and the following years will flow with ease and abundance. So if you know you will come in some context over the next few years and are able to pay in advance in order to help fund the new outdoor workshop space and gardens, it would be very much appreciated! My own retreats are in May, July & September, but there are a plethora of inspiring & rejuvenating weeks coming up. Jo's Jogabeats retreat starting 8th May is timed to include 'Healing Ibiza', the island's biggest annual healing festival, taking place literally around the corner from Casa Solara! Week Retreats in Ibiza with Solara An-Ra & Guides

Join Solara An-Ra in her beautiful light-filled home in the unspoilt North of the island ~ to rejuvenate your soul in the energies of the White Island of the Goddess Tannit. Come on your own or with a friend or partner to get away from it all, make like-hearted friends, recharge your spiritual batteries and move forward on your path!
The retreat package includes 7 nights accommodation in a shared room (or in a tent on your own/ sharing), 2 super-charged, delicious vegetarian meals per day (excluding dinner on night 4), morning meditation/pranayama classes, and sunset sessions where the Star Councils will teach/heal/illuminate the group through Solara. The middle of the day is totally free for you to explore the island, go hiking/cycling, visit beaches, sun tan ... or lie in a hammock in the orchard reading a book.
There is a chill-out in the middle of the week, with no sessions on the 4th evening/5th morning - you can go out for dinner or have a sunset picnic on the beach ... & a lie-in the next day! Massages/healing treatments & spa days are available during your stay for extra pampering.
Schedule: Each retreat starts with dinner on the first day and ends with brunch on the leaving day (depending on flight times - don't worry if you miss a meal at the start or end of the week :))
8.30 - 10am: Meditation/pranayama class ~ 10am: Brunch
6pm: Dinner ~ 7.30 - 9pm: Guidance/healing from the Star Councils

The island of Ibiza is a powerful vortex, underlain with a huge amount of crystal and charged by the clear ocean waters that surround it. The clubbing/party side of the island is only a fragment what it has to offer - away from the main resorts, Ibiza has miles of unspoilt countryside and farming land where the pace of life and lifestyle has remained largely the same for centuries.
